Scrip is an exciting fund raising program that lets you maintain your current budgeted items for groceries, fuel, restaurants, department stores, home improvements, toys, electronics, and many other merchants. Scrip is simply a gift card or gift certificate that you purchase and use as cash. Bethel benefits from your purchases in that a portion of the purchase goes to Bethel as a fund raiser; and more importantly you may designate that 50% of the SCRIP profit be designated towards your tuition, school, or Bethel Lutheran Church. Scrip makes excellent Gifts that your loved ones will enjoy using at their favorite merchants. Several of our local merchants: Lennie's, Bastas, Brick Oven, Burger King, Casey's, KFC, Ruby Tuesday, Shell, Speedway, Kroger, Pizza Hut, Kmart, and Culvers. Ordering Scrip on-line
There is a user guide located on the left hand menu once you are log in to their website. You can order or reload scrip from their website There are 2 methods of payments. The first is Presto Pay (direct withdrawal from your checking account) which is available through the shopwithscrip website (also located on the left hand menu) and there is a small fee ($0.39) to use it. The fee will be paid by you. You will have to create an account with Presto Pay before you begin using it. Also, they verify your account which can take up to a couple of days. Or you can drop a check off at the school. If you drop the check off at the school, please print your order out and attach your check. Orders placed through the website will not be processed until we receive your payment. Orders must by placed by Sunday at 11 pm to be processed with the Monday orders. And we will still only be placing orders on Monday unless it is during the holidays and we will inform you of the order dates at that time. Your order will be ready to pick up by Thursday. You can pick it up at school during the school year. Over the summer scrip will be available for sale and pickup at the church during church office hours. SCRIP is available for purchase: · Monday – Friday 8:20-9:00 am in the Commons at Bethel School · Place your order in the Fundraising Box outside the School Office. · At church on Sunday Mornings between services · Orders not in stock must be placed by 3:00 pm Monday and will be received by Thursday PM.
